Belfast City Council provides a range of services and facilities across the city. We also work in collaboration with many partners, in Belfast and beyond, to help us achieve the best outcomes for the people of Belfast. To help us plan all this work, we develop many different frameworks, plans and programmes. Our Corporate Plan brings all this work together and sets out how we will support the Belfast Agenda, the city's community plan, whilst also delivering our own organisational priorities, services and programmes.
As the Corporate Plan is the main strategic plan for our organisation, we believe it's important for our residents, partners and other stakeholders to have a say about what goes into our corporate plan.
This is your opportunity to tell us what you think about our draft Corporate Plan and to influence our final document.
Our corporate plan sets out our key priorities for the next three years, Aligned to the Belfast Agenda, our priorities are grouped under the following strategic themes:
Our services
Foundations for success
Our people and communities
Our economy
Our place
Our planet
Compassionate city
Please note, as part of our commitment to improve our services, we will also be preparing an annual Performance Improvement Plan. Details about this plan and how you have your say about it, will be published here soon.
