How many projects will there be?
Do all projects need assessed against the same criteria - there are a lot of "is anyone better off" measures on the excel sheet you sent. Will every project be scored against these?
Will different projects have different indicators?
Is it worth creating a survey per project or to group them by type or theme? E.g. if certain projects will be scored against different criteria grouping will make it easier to monitor.
Need to identify what are the standard questions that can be asked in the survey and what will have variable answers.

The SRO will have detailed the project timeframe in SOC and timescales will be agreed with the Climate Team during project kick-off meeting. The SRO will be expected to complete a Progress Report at the project mid-point. Projects lasting longer than 6 months will be required to complete this report.
The purpose of this short report is to capture initial data on the project that may help to highlight any issues moving forward. By thinking about these indicators, it helps to focus on what the overall achievements might look like and how the project may need to adapt to change them.
It is important to use the same project title as it was in the original SOC – any queries contact the Climate team - resilient@belfastcity.gov.uk
Note this report is also available as a Word document. Please email the climate team if you would prefer a Word copy on the email above.
