Climate Fund - Progress Report

The SRO will have detailed the project timeframe in SOC and timescales will be agreed with the Climate Team during project kick-off meeting. The SRO will be expected to complete a Progress Report at the project mid-point. Projects lasting longer than 6 months will be required to complete this report. 

The purpose of this short report is to capture initial data on the project that may help to highlight any issues moving forward. By thinking about these indicators, it helps to focus on what the overall achievements might look like and how the project may need to adapt to change them.

It is important to use the same project title as it was in the original SOC – any queries contact the Climate team - resilient@belfastcity.gov.uk
