Women’s Network Survey
We want to find ways to support women to grow and thrive in Council. The Women’s Network Group was established to enable female staff to support each other personally and in their career and personal development. We want to make sure that the Network is relevant to you and provides a forum for sharing best practice, raising awareness around issues and ensuring that gender equality is embedded in our organisation. This short survey will shape the programme of work for the Network and the new Gender Action Plan. We want to hear from you about the challenges and development needs you are facing as well as the barriers you encounter in the workplace so please take a few minutes and tell us your views.
