The Belfast Resilience Strategy - the city’s first Climate Plan - aims to transition Belfast to an inclusive, zero-emissions, climate-resilient economy in a generation.

The strategy follows two years of engagement across the city. This has led to agreement by the Belfast Resilience and Sustainability Board on 30 transformational programmes to transition to an inclusive, zero-emissions, climate-resilient economy in a generation.
