Covid 19 Recovery Revitalisation Programme Evaluation

Belfast City Council through its Covid 19 “Our Recovery Strategy”, recognised that recovering from a pandemic would need to have sustained and collective efforts to regenerate the city and reshape how the city is used to increase footfall, spend and community connectivity between the centre and arterial routes whilst prioritising public safety.

In line with the strategy, Council received an allocation of £4.039 million capital funding through the DfC Revitalisation Programme to support a range of physical interventions across the city including on arterial routes, the city centre and in local neighbourhood areas.

This survey is for businesses who may or may not have availed of the funding. It aims to find out how effective businesses have found the measures taken in terms of increasing footfall, helping business turnover to recover and encouraging people to live, work and invest in the city. We truly value your feedback which will take you around 5 minutes to provide.  The survey will close on Monday 20 June 2022.

The information collected from the survey will be used for the purposes of the evaluation. It will be shared with Eos Community Consulting CIC who have been commissioned by Belfast City Council to complete the evaluation. Results of the evaluation will be published in final report DfC Covid Recovery Revitalisation Programme Outcomes Report.
