Belfast City Council is the Data Controller under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for any personal data it gathers for the purposes of managing and promoting Go Succeed.

BCC accepts that you are providing contact personal data, this is carried out on the basis of consent, and you are positively agreeing for it to be held in order for us to contact you regarding your experience of Go Succeed. A contact name or email will only be used for the purpose stated. 

Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any other person or external organisation without your consent unless the law permits or places an obligation on the BCC to do so. Personal data may be shared internally with council staff who are involved in managing and promoting Go Succeed.  

Personal data is held and stored by the Council in a safe and secure manner and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulations and in line with the Council’s Records Retention and Disposal Schedule.

Please note, that if you do provide a name and email address, you can ask for it to be removed at any time by contacting BCC and all reasonable steps will be taken to remove it.
