Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Questionnaire for Belfast Sustainable Food Partners

Belfast Sustainable Food Partnership was setup in August 2022 and currently has a vibrant membership of 23 organisations. The Partnership is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), and in order to be effective we want to reflect the diversity of Belfast’s population. We also recognise that we have much to learn about practices to ensure EDI, and always welcome feedback and advice in this area.

By completing this form, you will help us to identify any gaps in representation in the partnership. You will also help us to make sure our policies and procedures are effective. There is also an opportunity to become an advocate for certain underrepresented groups on the partnership. The information you supply on this form will be kept confidential, and you will only be contacted to discuss your needs or if you have offered to provide us with advice. You are in no way obliged to complete any or all of this form, and your membership of the Partnership is not dependent on completing this form.

If you would like to discuss anything raised in this form especially in relation to your particular needs in order to participate in the Partnership, there is a section at the end of the form for you to tell us.

We estimate this survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The deadline for responses to this survey is 4th February 2025. For more information please contact: miriam@farmgarden.org.uk. An accessible MS Word Version of this survey is available, on request, from quigleym@belfastcity.gov.uk
