The voting is now closed
Voting has closed, but check back later to find out which projects have been funded and will take place in your area.
How to Vote
Read about the projects in each area that are hoping to win your vote, then follow the links to vote for your favourite projects.
You'll be asked to vote for around one third of the projects in your area. The number of votes you must use will depend on how many projects are competing for funding in your area.
You must use all your votes otherwise you will not be able to submit your voting form and your vote will not count. We do this so we can make the process as fair as possible.
Voting closes at midday (12 noon) on Monday 12 February.
Remember, it's the local community who decides which projects get funded. So, use your vote and help local groups secure up to £2,500 to fund their Move More and Eat Well - to feel better PB project.
Your vote counts!
