    As a resident living in the general vicinity of the proposed controlled crossing at Knockbreda Road, Belfast the Council is inviting you to have your say by completing this survey the results of which will provided to the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) for Northern Ireland.

    Belfast City Council is the data controller under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) for the personal data it gathers for the purposes of administering your response to this survey.

    You are providing your personal data on a consensual basis to the Council whose lawful basis for processing is for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority.

    You have the right to object to processing undertaken for the performance a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority at any time.  This is not an absolute right and only applies in certain circumstances.

    Sharing your information with others

    The personal data may be shared internally within the Council with staff who are involved in administering the survey and where applicable for responding to any requests for further information.   

    Anonymous survey responses will be shared with the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) for Northern Ireland who have approved the Council to undertake this survey, to inform the location of the proposed controlled crossing at Knockbreda Road, Belfast.

    Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any other organisation without your consent unless the law permits or places an obligation on the Council to do so.
