The initial planning proposal was submitted on 17th November 2025. This submission is a statutory requirement ahead of the full planning application.

Neighbourhood Information Leaflet Distribution

An information leaflet detailing our proposals and the associated consultation process will be distributed to local residents and businesses in the immediate vicinity during the week commencing Monday 12th January.

Public Online Consultation Opens

Our public online consultation will run for four weeks and will close at 5pm on Wednesday 18th February. The survey can be completed on this page.

Public Consultation Event

An open public consultation event will take place on Tuesday 20th January 2026, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at Titanic Hotel, Queens Road, Belfast, BT3 9DT. 

This event is a drop‑in session. If you would like to contribute to our consultation, you are welcome to attend at any time between 3:00pm and 7:00pm.
